Albion Hills Field Centre has been delivering education and recreation programs for nearly 60 years, teaching children from the Greater Toronto Area about nature, adventure, leadership, and teamwork.

Our staff are experienced in making the outdoors a safe and welcoming space for every child who comes through our doors.

Camp Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.*
Extended Care: Extended care is available from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
and from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Camp Fees:** Age 4: $285.00/week ($225.00/four-day week)
Ages 5 and up: $275.00/week ($215.00/four-day week)*
Extended Care Fees: $84.00/week ($67.00/four-day week)

June 30/July 2-4: AMAZING ANIMALS* – Day Camp

Campers will learn about animals through forest exploration, games, and activities. Get your camper ready to embrace their animal instincts as they look for signs of animals, and learn about animal adaptations! Campers will cool off at Lakeview Splash Pad throughout the week.

July 7-11: NATURE HEROES – Day Camp

After coming up with their hero alias and special power, campers explore how nature influences superheroes, discover the real life superpowers of different plants and animals, and ways they can help save the planet! Campers will cool off at Lakeview Splash Pad during the week.

July 14-18: WILDERNESS SURVIVAL – Day Camp

Learn the skills needed to survive the wilderness! Campers will build a shelter from materials found in the forest, try orienteering, learn how to safely make a fire, and enjoy cedar tea. Campers will cool off at Lakeview Splash Pad during the week.

July 14-18: DISC GOLF – Day/Overnight Camp (Ages 10-14)

Explore disc golf at Albion Hills! Campers will engage with our expert disc golf coaches to learn and improve their game.

Each camper will receive their own set of discs. Play and practice on both our 9-hole beginner course, and our advanced level 18-hole course.

Campers will also get to experience all the fun of games, crafts, outdoor activities, and a visit to the pool and splash pad that our summer camps offer.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a day camp on Monday and Tuesday, and an overnight experience Wednesday to Friday. Wednesday night features glow-in-the-dark disc golf. On Friday, Chainlink Disc Golf, the creators of Albion’s Disc Golf courses, will run a friendly tournament for Disc Golf campers.

COST:

  • $550.00/week
  • Fee includes healthy hot lunch service

HOURS:

  • Monday and Tuesday are regular camp days: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday drop-off is 9:00 a.m. Campers sleep over until pickup on Friday at 4:00 p.m.

This camp features the option of families participating as spectators on Saturday, July 19, 2025 during the ChainLink Conservation Series PDGA sanctioned Tournament, with an opportunity to meet the pros, shop for disc golf equipment in the vendor village, and more!

July 21-25: INTRO TO OVERNIGHTS – Day/Overnight Camp (Ages 9-12)

Take your first steps into the world of overnight camps! Designed for the camper curious about overnight camps but not sure where to start, this camp offers a fun, supportive environment where you’ll explore the forest, build community, and gain the confidence to enjoy a memorable overnight experience by the end of the week.

Spending your days exploring the stream, playing traditional camp games, or cozying up by the fire, this camp is packed with fun and adventure!

PLEASE NOTE: This is a day camp on Monday and Tuesday, an extended day on Wednesday, and an overnight experience Thursday to Friday.

COST:

  • $510.00/week
  • Fee includes healthy hot lunch service

HOURS:

  • Monday and Tuesday are regular camp days: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday is an extended day: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Thursday drop-off is 9:00 a.m. Campers sleep over until pickup on Friday at 4:00 p.m.

July 21-25: NATURE ART – Day Camp

Art is all around us! Campers will use nature as inspiration as they draw and sketch life in the forest, make earth art, paint natural items, and create natural sculptures out of found materials. Campers will cool off at Lakeview Splash Pad during the week.

July 27-August 1: ALBION TRAILS – Overnight Camp (Ages 9-12)

Join for our Albion Trails overnight bike camp! Our goal is to introduce riders to off-road cycling, trail etiquette, and safety considerations that are important when biking in natural areas.

Using a games-based cycling curriculum called Hop-ON, this program will build confidence cycling through games, activities, and trail riding opportunities to different areas of the park. The camp will be delivered by trained HopOn instructors.

Crafts, campfires, and trips to the splashpad and pool will balance out an active and fun week! All biking equipment (i.e., helmets and fat bikes) will be provided, although riders are more than welcome to bring their own equipment.

Difficulty level: This program is suitable for riders who are comfortable with basic cycling skills and are ready for an introduction to forest trails.

July 28-August 1: OUTDOOR EXPLORERS – Day Camp

Get ready for an adventure into the forest! Campers will explore the conservation area, learn how to navigate a map, discover the hidden ponds and secret woods that many animals call home. Exploration and adventure await! Campers will cool off at Lakeview Splash Pad during the week.

August 5-8: FOREST MAGIC* – Day Camp

Albion Woods is home to creatures magical and mythical, and we invite you to a week of discovery! What magical creatures call the Conservation Park home? Through stories, games, and creative arts, campers will create a magical forest atmosphere together. Campers will cool off at Lakeview Splash Pad during the week.

August 10-15: ADVENTURE AWAY – Overnight Camp (Ages 9-13)

For the overnight camper who loves to explore nature and try new things, this is an eclectic overnight camp experience with lots of time outside.

Campers will soak up the sunny days on the forest and trails of the beautiful Albion Hills Conservation Area. Trail biking, swimming in the pool, catching crayfish in the creek, and just being a kid are all part of this fun, friendly camp.

August 18-22: SPY CAMP – Day Camp

Campers will spend the week learning to supercharge their senses and spy on nature. During the camp they will learn about tracking animals, using binoculars, camouflage, moving silently and spying into the secret lives of animals. Campers will cool off at Lakeview Splash Pad during the week.

August 18-22: NARLY NATURE (Specialized Bike Camp) – Day Camp (Ages 9-12)

Join us at Albion Hills for this biking day camp!

Our goal is to introduce riders to new off-road cycling skills and safety considerations that are important when biking in natural areas with uneven terrain, winding pathways, and downhill riding.

This program includes single-track riding activities and a group trail ride that will be delivered by trained HopOn instructors.

Crafts, outdoor activities, and trips to the splashpad and pool will balance out a fun and active week!

All biking equipment (i.e., helmets and fat bikes) will be provided; riders are welcome to bring their own biking equipment.

Difficulty level: This program is suitable for riders who are comfortable on doubletrack forest trails and are ready for new challenges.

COST:

  • $445.00/week
  • Fee includes healthy hot lunch service

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received by Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) more than 30 days before the start of the camp program will receive a 75% refund of the relevant program fees paid. Cancellation requests received by TRCA less than 30 days before the start of the camp program do not qualify for a refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability. There is no refund for camp days missed or children opting not to participate in activities. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by email to [email protected]. Minimum registration numbers required for camp to operate. In the event TRCA must cancel the camp due to low registration or government order, a full refund will be issued.
