Junglia Okinawa, Japan’s largest nature adventure park, set to open on July 25

Junglia Okinawa, a large-scale theme park that will be the centerpiece of new tourism in the northern region of Okinawa, will open this summer on July 25. Junglia Okinawa will create a new tourist attraction that takes advantage of Okinawa’s magnificent nature, and will create a new stay in northern Okinawa for both domestic and international travellers.

Junglia Okinawa is an immersive, large-scale theme park in the overwhelming natural environment of Yambaru, which possesses the World Natural Heritage site in the northern part of Okinawa’s main island. Junglia’s concept of “Power Vacance!” means excitement and luxury that can only be found here. The park offers an unprecedented Okinawan experience, with numerous attractions in nature and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy together, as well as restaurants where you can enjoy menus that make the best use of the local ingredients while enjoying the spectacular view of nature all to yourself. The Churaumi Aquarium is 30 minutes away by car. Visitors can plan to spend a day in the northern area to enjoy the great outdoors in combination with a visit to the Churaumi Aquarium. Access between major tourist attractions in the northern area is also planned to be improved.

Entrance

At the entrance of the park, Guests will be greeted by a unique and magnificent symbolic tree that resembles a giant tree with a wide variety of plants of Okinawan origin. The majestic tree, with its life-like plants such as deigo, banyan, and yaeyama palm, and its trunk that looks as if it were real, gives the tree a unique presence. Blooming flowers that change with the seasons mark the beginning of an experience at the park that will leave you with special memories.

Infinity Terrace

The Entrance Village, where restaurants and stores are located, has an open-air terrace overlooking the entire park. The terrace is located at the highest point in the park’s dynamic terrain, and offers a spectacular view of nature, including a balloon floating gracefully in the distance and a gigantic brachiosaurus. The view symbolizes the most exciting “Power Vacance!” which is the most exhilarating view of life.

Dinosaur Safari

On the Land Rover through the savannah, meet the herbivorous dinosaurs that were thought to have become extinct, almost close enough to touch. Horizon Balloon

The view from the giant balloon is a magnificent, unrivalled 360° panorama with a view of the lush and verdant green forest. Spa Junglia

The overwhelming deep green and the expansive blue sky. Gently sink into the infinity bath that reflects this spectacular view. Under the magnificent tropical sky, the luxury of melting into the chain of mountains of Yambaru and the forest area registered as a World Natural Heritage site. In the sophisticated tropical resort outdoor area, is a calcium bath and a sauna. Finding Dinosaurs

This is a world where cute dinosaurs live. Your mission is to find the lost baby dinosaur. Be brave and go on into the jungle! Through the tunnel-like overgrown trees, cross the swaying suspension bridge, and drive the trolley yourself! The final challenge is a dark cave with a rough footing. Confront your pounding heart and overcome the many adventures that lie ahead as you search for the lost baby dinosaur!

Buggy Voltage

Climb aboard a full-fledged four-wheel buggy and head out on a jungle nature course that can be enjoyed by both children and adults. The lush tropical greenery fills your vision, and the sound of the refreshing tropical breeze mixes pleasantly with the light engine. Children can also drive, so why not give it a try!
