A suspension bridge with fall views is in The Blue Mountains
The changing colours of fall are meant to be appreciated and taken in. Southern Ontario’s longest suspension bridge is the place to do it and it’s an easy day trip to make from Toronto. Located at Scenic Caves Nature Adventures in The Blue Mountains, Ontario, this suspension bridge is open during the autumn and the views are breathtaking!

According to Scenic Caves Nature Adventures, “At 420 feet long, our suspension footbridge is southern Ontario’s longest and provides the best views of Georgian Bay and beyond.”
The bridge can be accessed via trail and is suspended 82 feet above the forest floor, “providing the illusion of floating among the old-growth forest.”
Because the sides of the bridge are chainlink, those that are on it get a 360-degree view of the area. In the fall time, the forest area changes into a sea of orange, yellow and red.
Access to the suspension bridge is included in park admission which costs $35 per adult starting September 6th (fall time rates).
Children between 3 and 17 cost $32 for admission and children under 2 get in for free.
The park is open from Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and open one hour later on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
